The new ATS system from ARNO is perfectly suited to your needs in high precision grooving and cutting. It ensures high-performance machining for all types of material.
The ATS system offers you:
- Economy: Triangular inserts with 3 cutting edges
- Productivity: A better service life thanks to double lubrication by two channels (top and bottom of the insert)
- Precision: Maximum precision thanks to the geometry of the TE insert as well as the high rigidity of the fixing system
Characteristics:
- A cutting depth of up to 6.5 mm (ET max)
- Available widths: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4 and 5 mm
- GA chipbreaker shape for better chip control
